Salmon Creek Brewery & Pub now has great food with an ever changing menu. In addition to our standard pub fare, we have an assortment of non standard dishes ranging from pasta to steaks. In the fall of 2007 twelve new taps were installed to facilitate the increased array of ales brewed in house and to provide guest taps for some of my favorite breweries in the NW as well as some imported brands. We serve a fine assortment of local and California wines, and we have an astounding selection of single malt scotches available. The Proprietors
Larry and Ana Pratt met in Germany in the spring of 1965 and were married in the fall of 1966.
Ana came to Germany from Croatia and Larry was stationed in Fulda, Germany while serving in the US Army.
Their son Toni, who was born in Germany, is the day-time chef of the Pub. After many years of other jobs, Larry
continued his never-ending quest for learning something new by deciding to open a brewery. In April of 1994
Larry started to brew beer at home. Because the main objective was to have a brewery, he never brewed with extracts
and never bottled any of his beer. Salmon Creek started to sell beer in January, 1996. Our first brew fest was
the Spring Beer and Wine fest - which we still attend every year. After losing our lease in Woodland, we moved to
Vancouver and Ana started managing the Pub. She is still at it -hugging the guests, threatening all the Bud drinkers
with her baseball bat, and explaining why she has been married to the same old man for all these years.
